Compared to the other hotels I stayed in during this trip, Hotel H7 tlv was among my favorites. I have insomnia, but for some reason, I got such a restful sleep the night I slept in this hotel. Also, the owner Yoni was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I left my decrepit sneakers alongside the garbage to be discarded with the trash, he texted me to tell me that he found them and would save them for me at the reception desk. How many hotels would extend themselves to do that for their guests?

The hotel started smelling half way through the stay, whatever sticks they used to mask the smell wore off. Housecleaning missed one day, not changing sheets it was folded instead when bed sheets were asked to be changed the first night.

Entgehen den guten Bewertungen aus früheren Zeiten ist der Zustand des Zimmers dürftig. Zudem fehlt die Ausstattung für ein Appartement-Zimmer fast vollständig. Das Personal hat sich um eine Verbesserung bemüht. Dieses Hotel fällt im Vergleich mit anderen Apart-Hotels in Tel Aviv ab. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

This was a great hotel! I had a wonderful stay at this place. Staff were incredibly helpful, hotel is very well located, rooms are nice. Super worth it for the price! Go for it :)

Stay away!!!

The hotel never changed the sheets from the previous clients!! Beds were dirty with hair and other things….. The hotel itself is dirty and badly needs renovations. It looks like a hostel not a hotel. We decided not to stay and asked to cancel the reservation, and they refused!!! Never go there!!!!

Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Handy grocery store right next door. Good restaurants very close by (within 5 minutes’ walk). Hotel staff kind and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of space. Easy to catch a taxi from the area. Can’t beat the price. Solid choice for a few days in Tel Aviv. Would stay there again.

Muito bem localizado. Foi bem legal ter um supermercado exatamente ao lado. Na recepção tem uma máquina de café muito boa, com um Capuccino ótimo e bolachinhas. Está sempre à disposição. O quarto é bem grande e limpo. O chuveiro é bom, bem quentinho e sai bastante água. Vale um elogio extra para o rapaz que fica na recepção na parte da noite, muito atencioso e simpático.

Great location with nice rooms

As much as I want to get this hotel, perfect rating on everything, there were a few minor details that could have been improved. The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff were amazingly friendly, the rooms were beautiful but housekeeping left some to be wished for. The rooms didn’t have adequate garbage cans and the cleaning staff even when they cleaned the room did not remove garbage from the room on a regular basis. To be fair I am always, so I’m not critical when hotel check out earlier than 12 especially when check-in times aren’t accommodating. The concept of the hotel is amazing and the rooms are nice but I feel like there is still something to be desired. Id definitely stay again though. Cost to benefit value is nice

Die Zimmer sind auch für Tel Aviver Verhältnise eher schäbig (Schimmel im Bad an der ganzen Decke und in den Fugen, Malerflecken auf dem 20 Jahre alten Discounter Sofa, abgeschlagene Kanten an Tischen). Es ist ultra laut dort (Nachbarzimmer, Umgebung etc.). Sehr kalter Fussboden und und und. Dafür ist es einfach zu teuer.
