Old world charm and lovely staff

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. While not quite luxury the building itself is very charming and atmospheric. We felt like we were in another era. The pool is small but a very welcome reprieve fromthe summer heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dog Sari is also great! The only thing that struck us as odd is the lack of complimentary drinking water for guests.

Very rude front desk manager

Check-in was smooth and the front desk manager was polite. However, once we informed him that we are not going to use his restaurant and purchase his recommended boat trip..his polite manner changed in minutes. Also, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water inside the room after paying 250 dollars per night. I was told to go out and buy my own water. I'm a diamond and platinum member in several hotels. This is my first time being treated in very rude way special during our checkout time with my family. Please treat all properly and equally.

The hotel was at the inside of old Antalya city, surrounded with natural-decorated beautiful scenery. But it was hard to approach by car, because of one way direction and narrow ways.

Georgeous property in the heart of everything in old town. The room was very cute and quiet even though there was nightlife spots very nearby. The staff was great and the pool was good. The only downside was the wifi reception. It barely reached out room, if at all. Overall, very nice.

Tuvana has an excellent location. Food is very good and the house itself is charming and comfortable. The staff is the only part we would have expected better tourist information from. There was little information offered. Other than this, they were very helpful and kind.

The hotel wasn’t as nice as it looked on pictures. We were upgraded but glad we didn’t see the original room we were going to get. This room leaked from the bathtub, the shower pressure was not good and you couldn’t open the sink faucet because you would loose even more pressure or hot water. A/C was on point. Coffee maker didn’t look too clean so avoided using it. Overall stay was ok.
