(10 mins before being approached to order) which is something i have never experienced before in a 5 star establishment. Actually a lovely hotel. Far nicer inside than the view you see from the M4 - which is more Colditz-esque! All staff were great - shout out to Nikki and Davina on check-in. The one issue was that my aircon didn't work so ended up moving rooms just before midnight. Apparently it was a known issue - if so not sure why I was given that room?! Anyway, sorted with polite professionalism. Would def stay here again, especially given it was cheaper than both the nearby Premier Inn and Travelodge!
