We booked the hotel for two adults and one 7 year old child, but the room did not have enough towels, pillows, cups, etc for the third person. When I inquired about this at the front desk, I was first told to get extra towels at the gym. Then, when I later asked about pillows and cups, I was surprised when the front desk personnel accused me of only paying for two people, and that there should be an extra charge for any child of elementary school age. I showed him my Hotels.com reservation information in the app, and he finally agreed not to charge us extra and would follow up on his own end, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. The extra pillows never arrived, and the extra cups and towels arrived the next day.
