Basic Room

Basic room, had a/c but no amenities. Super noisy, hears noise from the elevators all night. Staff was friendly. The location is excellent

The afternoon shift desk clerk who checked me in was very unfriendly. She pretended to not know a word of English when she was dealing with me but yet I heard her speaking some English later. She put me in a room on the top floor and it seems that's where the motors for the elevator were and it was too noisy to sleep, guests were using the elevator till about 2 am and then started again at 6 am. Both morning clerks were very friendly and treated me with respect, if it were not for the morning staff I would have checked out after the first night. Good value but not sure the afternoon clerk should be in the hospitality business (but maybe she had a tough week)

Quarto confortável e espaçoso, mas o melhor é a localização. Perto de tudo. Calle Florida está somente a alguns passos do hotel. O café da manhã é bem caro para o que eles servem. Poderia ter um frigobar no quarto. E, quanto a equipe, não poderia ser melhor. Todos os atendentes muito educados, entendem bem o português e muito, muito solícitos. Ficaria lá novamente sem dúvida.

Bem localizado, perto dos grandes centros, precisa pensar melhor a questão do banheiro pra usar a banheira o hóspede precisa comprar a tampa por conta, fora que molha muito o banheiro, me parece que vasa em algum lugar, no geral achei um ótimo lugar e voltaria com toda certeza.

- Pontos positivos: - Atendimento cordial - Preço muito bom - Localização excelente Pontos negativos: - Hotel precisa de reformas, alguns pontos com mofo no quarto e banheiro - Pelo menos no quarto que ficamos o sinal do wifi estava fraco - A TV não sintonizava nenhum canal, eu tinha interesse em assistir algum canal local mas não foi possível. Independente de tudo, para uma estadia de poucos dias recomendo bastante.

Hotel confortável com ótimo custo benefício. Os quartos são amplos, mas antigos e com carpete. O banheiro era reformado e bem novinho. Não oferecem café da manhã, mas têm uma área com máquina de café gratuita e filtro de água mineral.

Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or after checking out. Great value for the price.
