Extremely basic, no drinking bottle water, no toilet paper, ceiling fan very dusty with spider webs, unfortunately it’s next to a night club and the noise goes on until 3:00 am, the mattress is very comfortable and location for everything else is excellent shopping and restaurants

había algo de moscos dado qué hay manglares y el cenote nos ubiera gustado estar por la noche observando el cenote. con iluminación la cual está fundidas las luces y no hay un lugar o espacio para cosinar. pero bueno nos prestaron un sartén y estufa eléctrica y se solucionó no había luz un día por la mañana y la chapa no derraba y no dieron servicio de limpieza. el bote del baño muy pequeño y no había seseo en la recámara

Small hotel , new as I was told by the manager. We had no water in two different days and not AC for two Nights. Cleaning is not the best if you stay more then two nights linen does not get changed and with no AC and you swim in your own sweat not counting with mosquito bites and blood all over you sheets.lwe stay for 6 days and 7 nights . Like management told me it’s not for everyone we are invading a territory if you want to live the experience it’s on you .

Amazing place. Optimal location and with a its own swimmable cenote that you can snorkel in. Can also catch sunsets from the elevated deck near the cenote.

Hermosas cabañas en la zona hotelera de Tulum a pasos de la playa. He visto varios comentarios que el Aire es limitado y me han dicho que es verdad pero ya están ofreciendo aire las 24 hs :) La encargada de recepción, se destacó por hacernos sentir como en casa. Con gusto regresaré a este Hotel y lo recomiendo en alto grado.

La ubicación excelente, a metros del mar. Me he sentido muy comoda, la calidad en la atencion, la flexiblidad, la ayuda, la orientacion para moverme alli... Las cabañas hermosas, cuentan con aire, con agua, limpias. Hermoso lugar, mucha paz y tranquilidad. Nos recibió Solana con mucha calidez, y nos puso a disposición todo el lugar. Volvería de nuevo sin dudas. Excelente servicio y hospitalidad.

Déception mais mon aventure continue...

En 7 jours ma chambre a été nettoyé 1 fois, le petit déjeuner une arnaque profond, la bataille avec les moustiques, la nuit il faut porter des boules quies , le bruit des décibels des bars tard dans la nuit. C'est tout le contraire que revendique en ligne sur Hôtels.com. Je suis un enfant de la rue pas difficile, mais la c'est une arnaque avec un grand A...

Bra til den prisen i Tulum

Vi hadde et fint opphold her for 2 dager. Mer enn det tror jeg blir for meget på dette stedet hvis du vil ha det komfortabelt. Stedet er veldig basic. Så du må regne med å bruke enkelt andre fasiliteter i området. Men all in all et bra sted! Veldig hyggelig personale selv om engelsk kunnskapene deres er begrenset.

Nos encanto la decoración de las habitaciones, detalles muy bien cuidados. El personal fue muy atento, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de lo que pedíamos. La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de todo, incluso el mismo hotel cuenta con tiendas comerciales, cajero, restaurante y una cafetería. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El cenote que tiene la propiedad la verdad se lleva todos los premios, el color del agua es super cristalina y esta rodeado de mucha naturaleza. Las habitaciones son super cómodas y las vistas de las habitaciones superiores son fascinantes. Super recomendado!!
