I like the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful needed just a little bit of a skim or clean though. Loved the kitchen and dishwasher for easy clean up since we did cook some meals there, however stove stop is small. But still appreciated. Beds were a dream super cozy and comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Southern Hospitality

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was phenomenal and Friendly. Tanya was the one to check us in and anything we needed she made sure we had it. Another young lady by the name of Rhonda was especially helpful. Helped me get things like coffee when we ran out and was very pleasant. I don't know the names of the other staff members but each and every one was pleasant and greeted me each time they saw me even if it was 10 times a day. They were all courteous and I will be coming back when I am in the area again. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Poor service and maintenance

The stay started out great and then went terrible. While the first one of us was showering maintenance came banging on the door to tell us it was leaking into the room below us when he came back we asked him if we were allowed to shower or no because two more showers needed to be had, he said said yeah we could. While the next person was in the shower they came back banging on the door telling us we couldn’t shower while he was in the shower and we were literally just told we could use the shower. They then gave us another room key to use to shower, but not sleep in. The front desk sent maintenance to our room at 8:30pm unannounced to basically put a bandage which was just a whole bunch of caulk over a major situation since the water was also leaking into our kitchen. It was unacceptable and uncomfortable to have maintenance coming in and out of our room at 8:30 at night while trying to eat dinner and never be offered to move other then to just shower in another room down the hall

The facility overall seemed ghetto. Noisy guests and kids. The bathroom fan blew out a cigarette smoke from another close by guest. The breakfast wasn't good. The fruit wasn't fresh and the juice was watered down, how cheap! I would not come back ever.

This place was infested with roaches in the 2 bedroom suite. We were placed in another room and that was infested with roaches as well. The employees were very helpful in putting us in separate rooms, but this destroyed our trip. I would not stay here again. Had to put luggage in big trash bags on the drive back to Pennsylvania and leave in garage for fumigation purposes because we didn’t want our house infested.
