Rooms way too small to accommodate for my family. Check in on the 4th floor makes it difficult for people with lots of luggage with no staff to assist on main level. Confusing when you’ve never stayed here. Location is on a busy intersection making it hard for parking in the area.

The room was just a little small, but very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking did cost an additional 100$ after the hotel’s discount, so beware of that!
