Nice stay overall, cleaning service need improveme

The cleaning service was horrible, the cleaner came in to make the bed but did not change the bed sheet, and rubbish was left on the floor. Everything else is okay, nice parking, nice front staff, room are nice.

6/10 Good

We had several different items off the menu the fish & chips was good the burger and chip was terrible the burger was sop over good it was hard and could not be cut. The tv did not work the whole screen was full of pixels on every channel. When booked I requested a twin room on arrival they gave me a standard room when I said I had a requested a twin they swiftly found me a twin room by it was a disability room which was not good for my son who is 6ft 3in tall and had to go on his knee to wash in the toilet as the sink was obviously set at a level for wheelchair user.

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. Breakfast however was really good, not a huge choice but what was available was good quality. Choose from Cooked sausage bacon eggs and beans, or toast, pastries, cooked meats, cereals fruit and yoghurt. Veggie items available on request. Black out curtains in the hotel were particularly good, almost missed breakfast it was so dark in the room thought it was nighttime still! Free parking. On morning of sabbath concert the staff all had their rock T-shirts on which was a nice touch!

Not bad

The lady at breakfast was lovely. Really appreciated her welcome throughout my stay. There was a man in a suit whos attitude i did not appreciate. In the morning i told the lady my room number and that I should have breakfast included so she told me thats fine etc. the man asked me if i was ok? I said i was fine and he asked me has she taken your room number? I said yes i have done that. The next thing he is asking her if i have told her etc and i can hear him talking about me. Rude. Vile. However, the lady was lovely. Im not a thief i would not be having breakfast if i did not pay. Further, the rooms were fine a bit like a prison cell not very homely. Gym access which is great even though its tiny. Happy enough. They should improve on their customer service well that man should. Rooms could be made a bit more homely

2/10 Poor

Reception Pretty Much Called Me A Liar

I paid for two night seperately as i decided (last minute) to stay on the same night as well as the booking I made for the next night. The staff on the night okayd it. The next morning the Asian receptionist called me on the phone to say ive only paid for one night. I explained the situation over the phone and said i would come down to show her proof. I showed her both confirmation emails from Hotels.com and both deductions from my bank account for each nights stay on my phone app. She then had the cheek to tell me that I had only paid for one night because her system only said one night. I was about to kick off because what she said was the same as calling me a liar. She then told me to go back to my room and that she would sort it. When i got back to my room i realised that I was locked out and the access card did not work anymore and all my belongings were locked inside. So I headed back downstairs to reception with the intention of kicking off again. I told her that i was locked out of my room and her response was " I know, but I have spoken to my manager and he has agreed to extend your stay". On the one hand I was happy it was resolved but on the other, why did she let go back to the room knowing that I would be locked out?! When I later approached her to ask about the dining facilities she had a very welcoming look on her face as if she finally found the 2nd booking. Did she apologize...did she hell...not big enough or professional enough. Also peperoni pizza ..yuk.

Lovely young lady on the desk. Bathroom floor appeared to have not been mopped. Problem with TV but fixed promptly. Room was a bit tired but bedding was clean and comfortable

Warm welcome and efficient check in . Plenty of parking . Room was good . Small things to improve on . Shower drained toward door so was a flood on floor ! Also a bit cold in room in morning . Overall good value and staff very friendly

A great hotel for getting to and getting about.

Its good to be able to re-use this truly conveniently located hotel. A few minuets from two motorway junctions gives multiple options when considering motorway congestion. A railway station and bus stops outside the door give easy travel links to Birmingham, Walsall and Wolverhampton without using the car. We even use this hotel and the train for trips to the NEC trade shows.

Mitt inntrykk av Park Inn

+ at det fantes gratis parkering. Fint hotell. Fint beliggenhet og passet godt til hvor vi skulle til. Likte ikke sengene og putene. Ikke så komfortabel. Personalet var FANTASTISKE
Hassan, 4-night trip

Work trip

I really wanted to give this place five stars. The hotel was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the shower had water pressure strong enough to launch a small spacecraft — in the best way possible. But then there was the mattress. Or should I say concrete slab with bedsheets? I’m all for a firm bed, but this felt like a punishment for something I didn’t do. If sleep is optional on your trip, you’ll be just fine. It’s a shame, really — so much done right, only to be undone by the one thing a hotel should absolutely nail: the bed.

Helt greit hotell

Hotel was OK but they stopped serving food by 9pm on a Saturday
Michael, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Overpriced for what you get

Food was awful, rooms where ok, tv was terrible as where the pillows. All staff where friendly but some didn’t know what they where doing. The air con in the restaurant is up far too high and makes the room freezing. Would not go back.
Richard, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Got there early as going to see Sabbath but paid and did the paperwork early Got back at 0130 and collected keys Unfortunately our twin rooms ended up being doubles! Reception apologised and gave us 2 extra rooms. So far so good On checking out though the receptionist tried to charge us for the said 2 rooms. Ok once I explained what was said in the early hours
