Its a nice and clean hotel but stuck between road and buildings, overlooking a construction. Friendly personale. Breakfast is fine but they need to make better black tea. It has no taste!

Hotel not near promised neighborhood

Stay was nice, however, very disappointed in hotels.com for promoting this hotel as part of the Kadikoy neighborhood. At least a twenty minute cab ride away from the center of Kadikoy. Unacceptable!

We called 155 on August 10, 2022 at 19:20 to order 2 toasts and 2 rice puddings. The man who answered was very impatient and he closed the phone on us, SO RUDE...we went there before few times, gave lots of tips, shocking. Also, there was lots of noise on the 9th floor after 12 midnight, no sleep...we will not go back there.

Not good at all...

This was not a pleasant stay. There were so many issues from air conditioning not working to showers being too small and dirty. We changed rooms 2 times and still had issues. The hotel is in the middle of construction area. There is a brick and construction company right in front of the hotel and it is also within meters of train tracks. This was the worst experience I had in istanbul thus far.

I f you going for Leisure, then this is definitely not the place for you. Its farrrrrrrrrrr and a hassle getting back if you want to hang around in Taxim and other happening areas in Istanbul. The only nice place closer to this hotel is Bostanci, and its still not walkable. You need to take a taXi which would cost around 15 TL. There is another Hotel Eilte in Bostani then is def a better option or find a hotel close to Taxim or Besiktas. Internet works fine but if you using on your laptop then u cannot use it on any other device. Its for one user only. If you happen to stay in this hotel. walk to Bagadat Cadessi street and take those mini buses to Kadikoy and take a sea bus to Kabatas to reach Taxim. But if you there to enjoy this is not the place for you.

Onda da sıcak olarak sunulan hiç bir şeyi yiyemedik, lezzetsizdi. Yemek olayı çözülse tekrar tercih edilebilir.
