A very bright and clean environment coming in off the chaotic, dirty streets. It’s so friendly, hospitable, and safe in the hotel. The restaurant is really good, too, in a city where it’s challenging to find a good and delicious meal.

Being an NRI, my first choice is Safety, comfort, clean and guidance. The amazing part here is I for every thing what I need. Divya from Pearl grand travel desk makes my every part of Varanasi activity so comfortable,l Vipin from front desk is so courageous . Loved my 3 nights stay in Pearl Grand.

Nice option to stay

Stayed for a night at this place. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Location is absolutely brilliant. It’s almost as far as cars can go towards Kashi Vishwanath temple. Breakfast spread was quite good with equally amazing staff. Two things to note - our rooms didn’t had windows. Second- room fittings can be improved. The key holder got broken while we were preparing for check out.

Absolutely Recommended!

Room clean, spacious, good restful mattress, effective AC. Ghats, Temples and famous eating places all nearby. Staff SUPER helpful and courteous- going out of their way to ensure my comfort. Akshata, guest hostess was very sweet, helpful and professional. Concierge service - one person seems to not know much, but a second individual knew travel distances and times in traffic, darshan details etc. Would stay here again if I returned to this beautiful city!

The hotel is in a great location for central varanasi and the staff were incredibly helpful. I think the big let down was the quality of the room - the bedsheets were worn and the bed has stains on the headboard. The room itself could have done with a deep clean - it was dusty and run down. The air con only had two settings - off or arctic. That said, for what we paid, it worked for a short stay.

The hotel is the oasis in the chaos. The hotel is located near the Dashashwamedh Ghat, 10min on foot. At the first time, I could not find the hotel out because the looking of the hotel is like some sari shop. All staffs are very kind and super Nice! Especially, a beautiful receptionist made “Tika” on my forehead at the check-in was impressive for me. Their restaurant is also nice, I had dinner two times and breakfast one time, chef’s special and morning buffet were both super delicious. I’m surely visit them again if I have a chance to visit Varanasi.

Friendly and helpful staff at this clean, centrally located hotel. This was probably the noisiest hotel I stayed at in India. Though they’re not responsible for outside noise of course the windows were a little thin and the air conditioning units were a bit dated at noisy in the room. However staff did kindly move me to a quieter room. Bathrooms though basic were kept spotless with lovely hot water and water pressure. The adjoining restaurant was amazing and would strongly recommend eating there. Great value as well - though I didn’t appreciate them passing off their ripped rupee notes to me in my change (especially not as a guest at the hotel).

This place was fine. I wouldn't stay here again, probably because I don't know if I'll go to Varanasi again. Anyways- be aware you can't take a taxi to this location so you have to take your luggage down the streets or find a rickshaw. The food was ok. My room had a strange smell. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Twinkle. There are lots of shopping and street food options close by.

This is as a stretch a 2 star property located on a conjugated street greatly limiting in/out access to the hotel. Poorly designed bathrooms. The room we stayed in even had a lizard in if!

If you want to be in the heart of Varanasi near the famous temples and the Ganges river, all within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. If you do not like hotels in a crowded noisy area, then you will not like the hotel. We loved it and the location was fantastic. The staff and service was very good. We would definitely return.

This can at best be called a GLORIFIED LODGE. Room Tarrif of 7,500 plus taxes is three times what it deserves. Interiors are terrible.no hot water in bathrooms, very hard water... makes the body sticky All in all... then worst experience

Loved our stay at Pearl Courtyard! The service and hospitality was excellent. The hotel is located in the prime location which made it very easy and convenient for us to travel around the city. Each and every staff at Pearly courtyard is very polite, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Room a disappointment

The hotel is situated on an extremely busy and noisy street close to the Ghats. The room was not of the standard I had expected for the price or from the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Do not book at this hotel. Absolutely terrible. We first booked a regular room. On arrival we were ushered into a room with no windows. You have one on a ship but not here. So we upgraded to their best room . The whole night road noise, blazing lights leaked into the room and the lock to the balcony did not work. Finally they did not refund a lunch and dinner that was already paid for in our package. There were more issues but these were enough to turn us off. The optional extra boat ride was outrageous ly priced. All in all very bad experience.
