All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. They were kind and thoughful in anticipating our needs. Very chill and comfortable lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was comfortable with high quality linens. The pillows were better than my own at home. The kitchen held all the items needed for our 4 night stay with room for our food items. We were delighted to use the complimentary laundry facilities. The location is unbeatable for airport transfers and local shopping and eating. We were close to our family whom we were visiting while in Melbourne. A great beginning to our stay in Australia.
