Considering the price this place is great. The room was very large and clean. The only issue is there were no coffee or coffee making facilities in the room. But there are places right next to it where coffee can be bought. The shower is great. Plenty of parking. La Plaza mall is close, as is the airport. Downtown is no more than 10 mins. Overall this is a good place to stay and explore the area for a few days. The staff is also great.

It was ok. Can't complain. The rooms were clean. But the walls were not in the best shape. There was holes and dents everywhere. It had a pool but didn't get a chance to get in. It has an outside laundry but it's $2.00 to wash which is ok I guess. But my stay there was ok.

The lady didn’t let me check in when it was time she said the cleaning lady hasn’t finished cleaning yet… the juccuzzi doesn’t work I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m never coming here again ever again

It was only one King bed which was ok. The toilet was plugged and there was a cockroach. The bed was comfortable but the frame made noise like it was broken. On the good side there was free WiFi and an extra free hour to check out.

This is a great place to stay!

We rented for only one night fearing that jet planes using the nearby international airport might make too much noise for us. We never heard a single plane throughout the night (or day). The room was very quiet so we rented another five nights! The room was clean and very nice. My wife wished there was a closet to use during our six nights but we just lived out of our suitcases and used several hooks provided on the wall. We had two queen beds and yet the room was still very spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the individual room entrances because of the pandemic. We did not care to rent a room in a larger hotel where we might be sharing an elevator.

the experience her was nice like the rooms were really clean we stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it was a great walking distance from our car to the room. only complaint i would have is the actual jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work which was a bit sad but at least the little disco ball on top made up for it

Terrible Experience – Poor Front Desk Service I stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. Around 12:30 AM, a loud fight broke out on the top floor—crying, shouting, and banging noises that lasted for about an hour. It was unsettling and made it impossible to rest, especially since I had to drive the next morning. I called the front desk, but they assured me nothing was wrong, even though I could hear the noise clearly from my room. I even recorded a video as proof. Their dismissive attitude made me feel both frustrated and unsafe. The next morning, I brought it up to the day shift staff, only to find out that the night shift had not even logged a report. The staff said they would check the cameras, but no real action was taken, and no compensation was offered. I understand that disruptive guests are not entirely the hotel’s fault, but how the situation was handled was unacceptable. The night staff ignored a legitimate issue, and the hotel did nothing to make it right. If you’re looking for a place where management actually cares about guest comfort and safety, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
