Although it could use some updating it was clean, staff was friendly, lots of onsite activities, close to restaurants, shopping. It had a shuttle for the parks. Our stay was pretty great. My only complaint would be on the Hotels.com website I had selected an option for a 2 bedroom villa with queen beds in each room, and when we arrived I was met with one king bed room and the other bedroom had 2 twin beds. This was unexpected and was informed after calling that the property does not offer any queen bed rooms. Other than that, the stay was great. Everything was clean, organized, and wonderful amenities. Loved having a kitchen and laundry in our unit. Easy check-in/check-out despite my late arrival hour.

Great stay- Beautiful Property

Stay was good. The property was nice and the condos were comfy and had a good amount of room. The only complaint is that we were told at the front desk that we could use the elevators, but they were very far from our room and had steps leading down to the hallway we were on, so it made it difficult to get luggage to our room. Other than that, we were there for a short time and it rained so we didn't get to use all the amenities that we wanted to- the Putt Putt looked like fun and we wanted to try out other things. We did get to enjoy the pool and hot tub on our last night, and they were good. Property is beautiful and close to stores/restaurants and right around the corner from Disney. We went to Universal and that was only about 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. Already recommended it to family members!

The property was nice and clean. I was surprised to see that the layout of the room was actually a two bedroom unit, great for a group or family traveling. Not your typical hotel room of less than 400 sq ft. Ana at the front desk was great who provided us with the detailed information we needed upon checking in at midnight. She was really nice and friendly. Highly recommend and will plan to stay here again.
