Staff front desk was very friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. My room was facing the highway so there was hiway noise. Parking was plentiful and seemed safe, no homeless or riff raff walking around. Hospitality staff was also very friendly. Did not try the breakfast.

We always stay at the garden Inn when we’re in town. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurant in the hotel, and a nice fitness center. Oh, and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

It wasn’t around anything so it was quiet but walks were dirty , elevator sounded like it was going to break and when asking at check in places to eat the lady knew of nothing except their restaurant and Cane’s yet within 10 minutes lots of places to eat.

I came to Visalia for my nieces quinceañera. Needed a place to stay. And decided to give this place a try. The place gave me a sense of safety. And the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Totally would stay here again.

The hotel is almost new and comfortable, but it’s outrageous that they don’t clean the rooms every day. I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t receive room service once.
