101% - just what I needed

I stayed at many hotels - Good times, Bad times... you know Ive had my share... This was a true pleasure from start to finish. You get "all smiles A+ service, all the way" from a young crew who is on their tip of their toes to help - 24/7 (I tested just that). Hotel facilities in the high end, view = perfect, SPA = excellent, food and drinkz = spot on. 101% excellent review from my side. See you in 340 days ladies and gents :)

Shame about the staff training

Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay again purely for the ski in ski out access and views.

Spaet hadde stengt steameren, de ulike dusjene som de skryter sånn av var ikke i bruk… var ikke det beste spaet vi har vært på. Man måtte reservere bord på hotellets resturant, noe som bør følge med siden man bor på hotellet… ventet også på maten i nesten en time. Man måtte også reservere spa plasser og, noe som også burde ha følgt med når man bor på hotellet. Alt i alt så var det litt skuffende i forhold til det de legger opp til på bilder og beskrivelse.

Spektakulært hotell. Svært delikat rom med maskin med kaffe og kakao. Supergod seng og pute. Var litt uheldige med enkelte fasiliteter. Utebadet var iskaldt. Ventet over 1 time på middagen i restauranten, til tross for få gjester midtuke. Klokken 09 var det svært lite/tomt i utvalget av frokost.

Flotte rom med nydelige brede og gode senger. Meget bra standard og nydelig utsikt. Restauranten bød på flott og velsmakende mat og utmerket service fra personalet (Maurice, Mauricio og Bailey). De virkelig bød på seg selv og fulgte oss godt opp. Ellers flott og rikholdig frokost. Vi kommer gjerne igjen

Fantastisk utsikt över dalen. Stort och luftigt rum. Dom kunde ha torkat av toalett dörren som var lite kladdig och så fanns de 3 små händer på fönsterrutorna. Förutom dessa detaljer upplevde jag rummet som rent. Men jag har sällan bott i ett hotell rum med så många vägg uttag, vilket vi uppskattade. Sängen är skön. Trevlig personal överallt. Receptionen, spat, restaurangen. Väldigt goda smaker på maten i restaurangen. Men köttet var lite segt men smakerna var så bra att de slätade ut känsla av de något seniga köttet. Underbara drinkar kan du njuta av i baren. Frukosten hade jag önskat lite mer av. Ex saknade jag äppeljuice. Av grönsaker fanns tomat, gurka å paprika. Jag är väl lite bortskämt med att kunna göra en god sallad till min ägg röra. Men nu när jag klagat ska dom få beröm för sin mycket goda äggröra.
