My hotel stay

I had a peaceful / restful stay at the Wyndham Garden even though there were people knocking on every door at about 2am. Breakfast was ok, the coffee wasn't good it tasted old. Maybe the receptacle it was brewed in hadn't been cleaned in a while otherwise everything else was ok. Thanks!

Spacious Room

Very nice large and clean room! Towels replaced and trash emptied every day! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! Definitely enjoyed our stay for our grandson’s army training graduation!

There are many stipulations for checking in and staying at this particular hotel. All of them should be added to your sight ti make customers aware before traveling across country to find out otherwise. That’s is not ok and for that reason I will give this hotel the lowest rate that can be given. Leaving customers in the blind is not good for business.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds a week before our trip but when we arrived the guy a the service desk told us he didn’t have a room with 2 queen beds. PROS: Great accommodations and location; Less than 1 minute to SC Hwy 20; Spacious; Excellent Staff, Elevators, Quiet even when full, Available computers, Comfortable Pool and lounge area. CONS: Average Breakfast but extremely clean, so clean the staff stepped in from of waiting to continuously ensue the slight spill was attended to. Only one major discouragement: THE COFFEE POT IN OUR ROOM HAS POWER BUT IT WAS BROKEN AND WOULD NOT RELEASE WATER THROUGH THE SYSTEM TO MAKE COFFEE IN THE ROOM

Average hotel stay

The hotel grounds and interior weren’t very clean and there are paint drips all over the pavement. We were told our regular room had been overbooked and we were assigned to the long term stay side. There were lots of people hanging around outside this LT stay section staring at you, making you feel like they were sizing you up for a break-in later on. The pillows were strangely hard, and the towels were not refreshed during our 3 night stay. We were rather disappointed and would not book again unless nothing else was available.

checked out early !

We book this hotel for a quick stay for my son graduation and left early due to how uncomfortable my family and I was! The room was dusty, bathroom wasn't clean well. We end up checking out early I just couldn't do it anymore. However the king size room a family was staying was much better condition than our double bed room.
