When I requested a late check out they said “sure we can do noon”, Then I asked “do you need my room number?”, they said “yes”. Tried to get into my room at 11:10 and the key did not work. Again. The room was flooded out and no one bothered to contact me until two hours after check in. When I arrived I was told to come back in an hour or two and something would be worked out. I decided, rather than stay in a room that was flooded with an elevator that was not functioning due to the flood, that I would cancel and just drive three hours home.

There was blood on the floor in the room a woman’s eyelashes laying on the air conditioner. Also laying on the mattress underneath the blankets. The TV was all unplugged. There was hair in the toilet in the bathroom. The room was not clean.
