Hotel was in a great location. Great service, rooms were clean and good value. Booked two rooms - one had great view overlooking the street. Other room was larger but had view of the adjoining building, and shape meant TV was at side, with no socket close enough to mirror. Small things, but overall a comfortable stay

A pleasant hotel we enjoyed our stay Think of room was the best 507 as it had the balcony showed on the photos They need some new chairs out there The ones there were very worn out The area was ideal only a short work to the main site seeing The staff were nice The breakfast was good Wouldn’t cook any fresh eggs to order though on Monday morning Only Luke warm fried in the warmer and boiled eggs Overall would stay again but only in that room

Fabulous stay in 507

We had read some reviews which were quite negative and so we were a little anxious about our stay. However we were very happily surprised. We were staying in 507 (with the circular balcony) and it was fab. The room was spotless, most of the fittings looked brand new. The beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless. Staff lovely and location amazing with great transport links. The hotel does need renovating in the communal areas however as these are not great.

A beautiful hotel and really nice staff. They also took care of us by providing breakfast as we had an early departure to the airport. The room was beautifully decorated. The room had good air conditioning. However, the soundproofing was really poor as you could hear conversations, sneezes and other noises in the next room. Nice, but there's "room" for improvement

If you are reading this, you might want to look for the cons, so let me start by the pros: Good: - Big and spacious rooms - Confortable bed - Hotel staff Proactively installed a baby cot in our bedroom. - Rooms are silent. - Close by there are plenty of restaurants. - Tram and metro stops are a few minutes away. - All staff were very kind. Bad: - The building looks like it's half done. - Behind the AC, you can see a big empty space where the ventilation cables are going. - The bathroom makes strange noises when the neighbours flush their toilets. - Bathroom, the sink furniture is wood-made and with all the water dripping, it's already wasted.

Not as advertised, the hotel has done a sample room or mock up, which is pictured. But after that the refurb has been done on a budget from IKEA and it's clear to see. With IKEA stickers still on products. The bathroom have not been modernized and if feels as tho the hotel has taken advantage by using this room images to draw in people who when they get there will be disapointed
