took a half hour at checking because the hotel wanted to charge me tax. i showed my receipt where i already paid the tax, and then they spent 30 minutes on the phone with expedia trying to figure things out, clerk finally let me go to the room while he continued to deal with expedia on the phone

The room was nice

My stay was great. Me and daughter was down for the Thanksgiving break. The free breakfast was also wonderful. The front desk clerks was great also. The housekeepers was nice also. I will get another room again when I come down to visit.

The room and property was more like a place that someone would rent by the hour or hole up in to use drugs. Incredibly dirty, hair in the sink and tub, rust, mold and bugs. I didn't want to touch anything. I was in town visiting my grand kids and I needed a cheap place to stay. You get what you pay for!

Bed was comfy. Shower was awesome. Same dead bugs in bathroom floor the whole time we stayed. Continental breajfast was a joke. Nothing but 2 biscuits & cereal to choose from at 7:30/8 am. But altogether we got our moneys worth.

Not the facilities fault but the guest upstairs apparently sleeps all day and runs around the room up there all night. It was strange. Literally ALL NIGHT back and forth and sometimes running.

The first night I checked in upon getting in the room it was dirty and had a smell it was a smoking room but that’s no excuse it had burn holes in all the blankets the door would not lock went to the office they swapped my room it stunk also but this time was worse smelled nothing but weed had to buy spray for the smell my second night I get there and was locked out the key was shut off the office mixed up my paperwork when they swapped my room so they issued another key then anytime you walked outside in the evening to go grab food they had people standing all around sitting on the steps having to ask them to move for you to get to your room it felt really unsafe I will never stay at another hotel with this name cheeper price are not my safety is more important

Booked room for 5 ppl. Called property to advise we would need a roll away. When we got to hotel we were advised they didn't have roll aways. I was not told this when I called. Why book a room for 5 people if u dont have the sleeping arrangements to provide. Room stinks like sour refrigerator and was hot. Never coming back and definitely won't recommend.

You get what you pay for!

You get what you pay for. The pictures on the website are deceptive. I didn’t expect much because of the price but our bed was broken and mattress is hard and uncomfortable. There was a horrible bleach smell to the room. Almost unbearable. Everything in the room seemed damp, including the curtains and bedding. The floors were gross and damp feeling also. Please don’t walk barefoot! There are roaches! We had them in the room and bathroom. Too many questionable people hanging around on balcony and parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a woman who is traveling alone.
