Fantastic location for touring in Rome. Centrally located between most of the major attractions making it a very walkable location. My room was nice and very clean. Major plus was the washing machine and kitchen. This was the mid point stay during a three week trip to Italy and the washing machine was a much needed ammentiy.

I didn't stay at Piazza Venezia because two weeks before my trip, Sonder changed my reservation without consulting me. Sonder brokedown my two weeks stay into two places - which needless to say is inconvienient and unacceptable. I had to contact Sonder multiple times to receive an acceptable alternative accomodation unbroken at Piazza Di Spagna. The stay at Piazza Di Spagna was good overall however this type of meddling of reservations without contacting and consulting the customer is unacceptable and stressful. I will have to reconsider using Sonder again.

This apartment is in the perfect spot allowing walkable access to all the sites of central Rome. It has street access with a keypad secured door and an inside lift to get your luggage up to your apartment. There was a large glass bottle of cold water for us in the refrigerator upon arrival which is just what we needed. We used their online support through WhatsApp when we ran into an issue getting back in one time. A gentleman came right on the line via video and we sorted it quickly! Only thing that could be improved is the beds all have mattresses which slope toward the center.

Mise en garde: aucun ménage, remplacement de serviettes ou de papier de toilette ne sera fait durant le séjour. Nous nous sommes renseignés pour ne pas faire de mauvais commentaires pour une erreur (deux fois plutôt qu’une) et Sonder confirme: 25$ en supplément pour le ménage et 10$ par change,est de serviette. Du jamais vu pour un séjour de 5 jours. Murs sales et champignons dans la salle de bain. Le clou pour un tarif dans cette game sont les murs en carton. Vous entendez littéralement le voisin discuter à voix normale. Aussi, il y a très peu de pression dans la douche. Je ne peux avoir d’autre impression qu’une entreprise à numéro au marketing faussement luxueux. Aussi un soir nous ne voulions pas manger au restaurant et la poêle fournie n’était pas compatible avec le four à induction. Nous avons pris la peine d’aviser via leur application en mode conversation et avons dû en parler pendant 2 jours car ils ne comprenaient pas…Bref, ça va pas leur modèle d’affaires.

Unfortunately the walls of the rooms are paper thin, so your neighbours morning alarms are now your alarms. The location of the property is nice and there was nothing wrong with the room itself, but better sound proofing is needed as conversations can be heard word for word as if they were just in the bathroom.

Very nice apartment. Clean. Check-in was not until 4pm and it does not offer luggage storage. We had to store our luggage at Bounce a few blocks away and had to pay for storage and then roll our luggage to the property. This would be the only thing that is disappointing. Other than that, it’s a great location and nice apartment.
