A lovely oasis in Hue! I highly recommend. Lovely pools -- one for kiddies and one for adults seeking quiet. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are lush and beautiful! The staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I had while in and that's saying a lot. To get to the center of town it only took about 12 minutes in a Grab taxi. I appreciated not being in the town center of Hue, which was hectic while fun. Cyrstie, the best conciege ever.

We have loved our stay at Pigrimage Village. The service and staff have been amazing. Great selection for breakfast and large menu for lunch and dinner options. We used the shuttle bus which was great for getting in and out of the city. Would definitely recommend using the spa. Big swimming pools which we have had to ourselves a lot of the time. Overall a relaxing peaceful resort with great facilities and staff. Would love to come back one day. Will be hard to beat.

Chaque membre de l’équipe, du manager aux serveurs, est d’une écoute et d’une attention incroyables. On sent une véritable culture du service : tout est fait pour que le client se sente privilégié. C’est rare, et ici, c’est EPIC ! Le petit-déjeuner est somptueux : un buffet impressionnant, varié, avec des produits de qualité et un service toujours souriant. Les piscines sont superbes – l’une pour la détente, l’autre plus animée avec un toboggan pour les enfants – toutes d’une propreté irréprochable et avec des transats toujours disponibles. L’établissement est un havre de paix au milieu de la verdure, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Hué, avec une navette gratuite très pratique. L’atmosphère est paisible, élégante, raffinée. Nous avions réservé deux nuits et nous regrettons déjà de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Absolut service i topklasse og bedste hoteloplevelse vi har haft i Vietnam. Alt spillede fra start til slut og vi er så glade for at vi havde hele 6 nætter på dette smukke hotel. Det er et kæmpe sted med +100 værelser, men du lægger slet ikke mærke til de mange mennesker. Området er stort og som en lille smuk og grøn by. Der er forskellige poolområder og vi er meget taknemmelige for en opgradering til poolside villa/værelse, der ligger ud til en rolig (voksen)pool med hyggelig loungemusik og god service. Da vi bookede blev vi lidt overvældede over de mange forskellige værelsestyper og vil klart anbefale at være helt skarp på formålet med turen (ift om man er afsted som par, familier m/u børn etc). Der er yoga hver morgen og nogle eftermiddagsklasser med meditation/yoga, som jeg/vi deltog i hver dag. Fint gym og fantastisk morgenmad (buffet). Spaen blev også besøgt flittigt ligesom vi spiste i restauranten 4 ud af 6 dage, så den kan bestemt også anbefales. Hele stedet emmer af god (og ekstraordinær) service, hvor de har helt styr på deres gæster. Det er meget tiltalende og hvis jeg kunne give en højere karakter, ville de få det. Bare et stort tak og en kæmpe anbefaling.

ホテル内はとてもきれいでスタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。到着時のおしぼりとドリンク、30分のマッサージなどのサービスも充実していました。 またヨガクラスも予約なしで参加でき、とても快適でした。 帰りのフライトが早朝でチェックアウトが6時で朝食ブッフェを食べられなかったですが、代わりにランチボックスを準備してくれました。また、荷物運びやタクシー呼び寄せもしてくれて、スムーズに空港に行くことができました。 サービスも食事もよく、また行きたいホテルです。
