This is a great property. Staff was wonderful & assisted with our luggage that was lost by airline. Only negative was there was a club nearby that was loud from after midnight until 6:00AM. I was totally impressed with the staff, desk personnel and after hours security that assisted with our luggage issue.

Property is very nice and modern. Some of the staff are very rude and lack of customer service. Fire alarm went off at night and no hotel personnel was at premises. Took 1 hr and 45 min for someone to show up and silence the alarm with no explanation as to where the alarm was triggered. The experience was awful. Management appologized the check-out day providing a night free for the inconvinience.

la mejor opción para hospedarte en Madrid

La mejor opción para quedarte en Madrid, mejor ubicación imposible, te queda todo lo turístico a 5 minutos caminado, hermoso barrio, seguro. Las instalaciones son hermosas, como en la foto, limpio, excelente servicio del personal. Lo único es que hay un nightclub enfrente y los fines de semana puede ser ruidoso, para mi no fue problema porque era un viaje de fiesta, pero si alguien quiere descansar puede ser molesto en fin de semana.

El hotel es buenísimo, tiene todo, habitación con buenos espacios, cocina con lo necesario y más, súper ubicacion, a 2 cuadras de gran vía, la última vez que me hospedé aquí, se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior, pero ya lo resolvieron colocando doble vidrio, ahora no se escucha nada y descansamos súper rico. Volvería sin dudarlo !

Pictures are misleading. Pool has maximum occupancy of 5 people and is the size of a large bath. Pool is also only open a small amount of time each day. There is a bar at the property but it is not open.

Convenient place to stay in Madrid Center

I stayed in a studio which faced the street and beautiful buildings. It was clean and spacious for two people. Air conditioning, dishwasher and washer and dryer was appreciated as we went during the summer and it was extremely hot. It is located in the center of all attractions and transportation. I didn’t give it a five stars because we decided to stay one more night and the night before our flight, I tried to take a shower after we came back from dinner, around 10:30 pm. I wasn’t able to because there was no hot water coming from it. The kitchen and bathroom sink had hot water but not the shower, so after a long day I couldn’t even go to bed clean and ready for my flight. I contacted the property immediately calling them because the main desk was already close and they took my info, said they will try to remotely fix it and if not they will send someone to fix it. They also said they’ll call me but neither of those things happened. I also tried to write a hoja de reclamaciones but it was impossible to find it online. There was no attempt from the property to fix the shower problem.
