The Historic Summit Inn

The room was clean & quiet. The ambiance in the lobby was cozy, with big chairs, game corners, a fireplace, & a tv for those who wanted to watch sports. The food was delicious, as we dined in for one dinner & two breakfasts. The apple crisp was a treat after dinner! The staff was friendly & professional. The historic pictures were great to explore as well as the newspaper articles.

We are so happy to find this great historical hotel. It’s charming but with updated rooms and pools. Restaurant on site is fabulous. We will certainly be back in the future.

The Summit Inn is a historical hotel and it is very apparent but that is the charm of this location. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. Food was delicious and drinks were reasonably priced! We will be staying again in the near future!

We spent our wedding anniversary at the Summit Inn this year, and truly enjoyed our weekend stay. The hotel is beautiful, and so is the surrounding countryside. So relaxing, and what a view! Also very close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and colonial history sites.

8/10 Very good

Beautiful views

This sweet hotel close to Falling water and other amenities . Our first room smelled moldy, I went to the desk and they moved us immediately, the hotel overall has great facilities,!pool and restaurant and bar everything onsite. It’s all a bit dated but charming and quaint. Seemed to be the best in the area. My only other comment as far as the room is that the air conditioning was blowing directly on my side of the bed and there was no way to change the direction of vent and bathroom was big but nowhere to hang a towel or counter space/storage. Overall nice.
