Stay away

This is a place where homeless people are housed. They do not have someone working at the desk at all hours or on weekends so we couldn't get new towels. There was no housekeeping. It was in a very busy and high traffic area. The reason they are priced lower than everyone else around them is because you are staying with homeless people.

Ok for a one night stay. The area was nice and quiet. My only complaint about the room was the mattress kept moving on the bed frame. Also, there are only two pillows on the bed, which was fine for me sleeping alone. If you are a couple who likes two pillows under each of your heads, you might want to bring your own pillows along.

Never again. I always check the beds. Mattress was in a bed bag but it was dirty. The platforms the mattress is on are dirty. The floor looks clean but is dirty. Very worn out and uncomfortable mattress. No front desk person. Virtual check in. Did not feel safe knowing no hotel personnel were on premises.

Too much money, not so much service

We did not realize there would be no attendants on duty until after I read about the check in procedure, which I can accept is on me. However, that also means, if you need anything, after 4 or 5pm, you're out of luck. We paid over $100 a night, and there was no coffee maker, something that is pretty standard now. There is a kitchenette, but you have to request to get things to cook with. We only 2 pillows (which were very flat) for 2 people. We were traveling and couldn't get in until after 4 on a Saturday, which means we could not talk with anyone to get items we would request. Again, paying over a $100 a night, there's no breakfast. The room key reset after a day, so we had to deal with that later at night when coming back after an event. I'm good with paying for a hotel, and granted it is clean, pretty quiet, and near things but not a main road, but for the price, it did not seem to be all that.

The worst customer service. Our hotel room would not get colder than 78 and thodfice said that was an acceptable temperature. They would not change rooms, refund money, and they flat out lied to our faces. This was the wirst experience traveling

We were staying over night after a concert at PNC. I loved how close it was to the venue. My only gripe is about the pillows. They were soooooo thin. So if you like fluffy pillows and can bring your own, i would. I did not think to ask for additional pillows but 2 was still not really comfy.

Mattress was on a board and was not comfortable at all. Usually there are four pillows on a queen bed but there were only two. No 24 hour desk clerk available. No coffee pot or keureg available in room or lobby. Broken down cars in lot and sketchy people hanging around outside and in lobby. Will never stay at one of these hotels again.
