Not as good as promised.

The initial room was humid and had cracks and a bit of mold on the walls . We got switched to another one on the ground floor on the street which was very noisy. We had a second night in another room which was decent. Staff was ok but, despite we apologized for the inconvenience was not really friendly. Quite disappointed compared to reviews.

Las instalaciones y casi todo el personal muy bien, es un lugar muy agradable e higiénico, lo único es que por las mañanas es muy difícil descansar pues el personal de limpieza mantenimiento hacen demasiado ruido afuera de las habitaciones, si tú intención es ir a descansar y dormir hasta tarde será complicado de lograr

Excelente lugar para quedarse unos días a un muy buen precio . La relación costó/calidad está muy bien balanceado. A considerar: nos tocó habitación a la orilla de la calle, si tienen sueño ligero eviten estos cuartos. A mejorar: 1. sale mucha agua de la regadera y el lavabo. Quizá cambiarlos por algo mas ecológico. 2. No hay contactos cerca de la cama. 3. cinta de color contrastante en el desnivel del baño por seguridad. Lo bueno: muy bonito lugar, céntrico, habitación calientita y agua caliente.
