The location was walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Right on the river! We had a small balcony facing the river. The rooms do need updating but were comfortable and clean. Parking was a bit weird. Free parking but if your car was under 6 ft tall they gave you park under the lodge next door. Other than that it was a great stay we will definitely be back!

Great location near the Downtown area. Staff were very helpful- young woman was good at explaining things and the arrangements to be able to leave our car in the parking area until 3pm as we explored the town was just fantastic. I didn’t realise you could open the sliding door partially and lock it open. As the room got a little stuffy knowing that would have overcome that problem. Otherwise, excellent.

Excellent value for money in a great location- 5 minutes walk to Banff Avenue and all the bars, restaurants and shops. The decor is a little dated but the hotel and our room were clean and we found our stay to be very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful and secure parking was available. Location location location. That says it all . They had parking with so that was nice . Very old property with a lot off construction going on around so be ready to hear noises starting early every morning, they were busy so they skipped house keeping for our rooms in between our stay there , not a lot off amenities but we were comfortable
