The hotel is well designed and has a nice look corresponding to its Spanish royal theme. It's centrally located 1 block from the central plaza and 10 minutes to the Tren Maya station. The King room is large and comfortable. My one complaint was the bathroom: the sink sprayed water when turned on, and the shower could have more water pressure.
