Hotel is very unique. Very nice grounds. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus! Room was clean. There was some confusion as to the location when we initially reserved it so we were not in the area we thought we were but otherwise, good stay!

My favourite stay location when in town

What can I say. Every time I come to Quebec city, I only try to book at this hotel. It’s my favourite stay location for the past 5 years every time I’m scheduled to work in this city. It’s in a quieter part of town, but has everything near by. It’s not walkable to everything, but that’s the beauty. They are away from you.

The Expedia description listed Bar or property. There is no bar--be warned. You can buy drinks from the desk and drink in lobby. That is in no way a bar.

When we checkup in we were given a room right off the elevator, so we asked for a change which they did .Staff at checkin were very helpful and accommodating. There are no ceiling lights only wall lights and we found it dark in the room

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The bedsheets, duvet cover, pillows, and towels all had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they’ve been used far too long without proper replacement. The artwork in the room was abstract and placed very close to the bed — unsettling to see when you open your eyes at night. Additionally, the curtains on the ground floor do not fully block the windows, raising concerns about privacy. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.

My family and I needed a hotel close to the airport after a medical incident. We booked on Expedia 5 minutes before we arrived and were greeted by a very kind lady at the front desk. Our return flight home was dependent on the clearance of the airline which pretty much left us without info whether or not we needed a late checkout or another night etc. The lady at the front desk worked with us and went out of her way to ensure we didn’t need to worry about not having a room for the day or another night. Seeing as this was New Years Eve, she really did go out of her way to not add to the traumatic situation. Apart from that, we didn’t really use any amenities of the hotel, but it was very clean and close to the airport. There are restaurants and fast food locations within a 10 min walk including a pharmacy. I would highly recommend the hotel for their staff and the location and would readily stay there again. 5*
