It said they had Netflix and when I got in the room they did not have it other than that it was a great time

One employee was particularly extremely hard to work with, accommodate and we ended up spending more than initially agreed to. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV is hooked to wifi and is extremely spotty.
Heather, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

I had the room below me playing drums until 3:30 in the morning. Would not bring children here.

Unfortunately this hotel was not a good place. The room smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke so badly we couldn’t stay in it. Thankfully the staff gave a refund.

We needed the room or we have probably left. The area was dirty and loud. There was blood droplets on the floor by the bed. There were other “guests” yelling and playing loud music right outside our door as late as 4:00am. Oh, my buddy who got the bed had bed bug bites all around his ankles in the morning.

The Room was very clean and comfortable. The parking was great. Being out of town, no menu in rooms to order food take out. Gas station next doors was great for snacks otherwise I would recommend Shamrock to my family members whenever they visit Chicago.
Wendy, 2-night trip

Okay stay for business trip.

The facility looks recently updated but overall the stay was okay. It would have been better if they had at least a quilt/ comforter on the bed. Instead it was two extremely thin sheet.

Advertises as a hotel, but is actually a motel.

Smaller than I thought it'd be. No refrigerator to store the food I brought with. The shower head didn't have a whole lot of water pressure, either.

Sketchy Smelly

Sketchy location, rooms smell like smoke, walls and ceiling are paper thin, security guard outside all night.

You Get What You Paid For

The room wasn't too bad! The bedding was a bit uncomfortable and there was a gap between the floor and the front door so it was easy for bugs to get in. But the free on-site parking was a huge plus for us as we were road-tripping. The staff was very kind and friendly! At night you can hear absolutely everyone - lots of yelling in the surrounding rooms and a very busy street.

it was filthy, not the room i order and they wouldnt change it. the bed had cigar holes and bugs. the staff is rude, we had the worst experience!!!!!

Maxine, 4-night trip

No lo recomiendo, se encuentra en una zona muy insegura, ademas de que es un Motel. En cuanto los cuartos tiene olor a cigarro. Es un motel de paso.
Jesus Angel, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This was a very affordable and comfortable stay. Had a mini fridge and a microwave but No frills or extras. Just the necessities which was fine by me and my husband. We stayed because it was just a few miles from a Music Festival we attended. It also had a small desk and a chair. We got the king room. I only wish that it had at least one other chair so we both could have sat in a chair to eat instead of on the floor or bed but that wasn't a huge deal. The staff let us know that we have to ask for extra towels, blankets/sheets etc since we were staying a few nights in a row since they don't do daily room service. There are some scuffs here and there but that kind of stuff never bothers me but if you are a perfectionists it might. I would absolutely stay here again.
Caitlin, 4-night trip

It was 1 night. Had only interaction with front desk clerk and she was nice. Room was clean. More of a motel vibe.
