Amazing visit! I was here for a romantic getaway and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. An amazing place to stay in a beautiful city!! Our very own palace! We loved, loved, loved our stay at this hotel!! We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view of the canal! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local recommendation for dinner was fabulous They helped coordinate a trip to Murano to tour a glass blowing factory and also our taxi to the airport. The breakfast was an awesome perk. Wonderful options and cappuccino made with smiley faces. You won’t be disappointed by booking this place on your next trip to Venice!!

We had a great stay in this hotel, the location is good and the hotel is unique, we felt as if we were somewhere special. The rooms were clean and fabulous, looking directly out onto the canal. We loved the history of this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was in a great location away from the crowds. It was close to great dining options and right on the water.
