I prepaid my booking and there was a problem when i arrived at the check in time on my reciept. Staff refused to answer the phone for customer support to contact them. We tried for days to get the booking moved or something but the staff absolutely refusing to help in any way made that impossible. Im STILL trying to get the time i booked but everyone seems to think i shouod just walk away and take the loss, i think the hotel that took money and gave nothing in return needs to take the loss. I worked for that money, they did not.
