We had a great stay. Retifillio is central and a short walk to lovely places to eat. The bed was incredibly comfortable and air conditioning was so appreciated. The room has a balcony which was lovely but could do with shutters to keep the morning light out. Angela was so helpful and welcoming and facilitated an early check in which was really appreciated.

Great option near train station

Great option for us due to its location between the port and train station, very happy with our choice. The location is reached through a courtyard from the street so it is very quiet and the room was extremely clean with modern aesthetic. We liked the amenities in the shared kitchen such a big fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, cups, etc (anything you would need I think) and the shower in the room got hot with good water pressure. WiFi worked well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the center of Naples. It’s within walking distance to Napoli Centrale station and a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for travel connections. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, we were able to explore both the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii during our 3-day visit. Location was great. If you come at night it’s very difficult to find and to see the information outside and inside. Lots of combinations to get in. Information came in at check in would have preferred it to be earlier. Frig in room does not work even though it’s plugged in. Very hard to work the AC. First night was not great as it was beyond hot. No soap provided only shampoo.

Have to say, was a little anxious at the main entrance, to the apartment. Seems to be the norm in Naples, that a lot of these apartments are within these courtyards. Once inside the apartment itself, it was immaculate. Would like to point out, the showercubicle, although huge was within the bedroom, so if privacy was an issue with whomever you are on holiday with, its worth considering. Location was good, for both the port and the centre of Naples. We had a little balcony which overlooked the main street, due to great glazing, we heard little noise at night.
