Disgusting

Requesting a refund. So disgusting we did not stay more than one hour and only on the curb while trying to book another hotel. Stains and fluids on furniture, walls, and sheets. No shower curtain and cockroaches everywhere. Should be closed down for good!

Pool is closed, but you can smell chlorine and stale water. Needs updating and chairs or benches on the porch. Breakfast. Not enough of anything before running out and closing. They need a groundskeeper. The room was okay

The room at first appeared clean, but upon waking into the bathroom there was mildew along the cualking of the shower, hair in the jetted tub, paint droplets in the jetted tub, no trash bags in the trash cans. There was only one wash cloth which had a brown stain on it. Bed was very uncomfortable, as if three mattresses needs replaced.

Check in was easy and we were able to check in early, and the check out process was really easy. One of the clerks came up to test the conjoining door to make sure it couldn't be opened from the other side. It was also the perfect distance from the highway. The emergency door on the first floor stairwell was propped open with a rock for our whole stay, and there was smoke smell from it. There was mold on our air unit where the air blows out, and there was a live roach on the side of the pancake batter container in the dining room.

Only in an extreme need, would I ever again…

We were greeted by a nice front desk agent but also by a not-so-nice musty smell. Hand written signs everywhere posted saying food for paying customers. Looking out the window later and seeing people walking around after midnight sort of brought it around full circle. The elevator to the 3rd floor sounded & felt like it should have been put out of service a long time ago. We were a family of 4 and were only provided 2 towels. When asking for more, got told “sorry, they’re in the dirty laundry.” The nice housekeeper gave use some hand towels to help with the kids. The room itself looked and felt old. The curtain was falling off the window. The beds were clean and okay (otherwise we would have left). The bathroom was dirty, paint was coming off the wall, the door, tub and counter were stained and gross. Stopped in for the breakfast on the way out. Absolutely not. Not sure what I expected but definitely not. I wouldn’t ever stay again unless it was renovated or the need was dire. Definitely will teach me to try to save a buck and try a new to me chain. No thanks.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Shame on Orbitz for allowing them to advertise with you. Three out of the five rooms had small roaches. Dog feces were found outside an elevator. It is also used as transitional housing and that information was not disclosed. No way to communicate from room to front desk as all phones were missing. Advertise breakfast. There was two apples. Did I mention they double charged us. I am appalled by this hotel and considering legal action and will be contacting the health department,

Had no washcloth or hand towel. tile repair not professional - bumped up 3 tiles in front of sink. I wouldn't put my foot in bathtub. It had black lines and a red stain. Paint on tiles and headboard. painting was not professionals. Didn't say when breakfast was beginning and ending.
