Hotel with tons of charm very centrally located in Gothenburg. About 20 min walk from Haga, 5 minutes from the Central Train Station, near the shopping centre Nordstan. The hotel is Gothenburg's oldest, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast is wonderful. I don't see any point in staying anywhere else during my future Gothenburg trips. The decoration for Christmas is very beautiful.

From the warmest of greeting when we arrived until checkout we were made to feel really welcome at this hotel. We loved its uniqueness and the afternoon tea/coffee and cake was a delightful touch. I like Fika

Staff were all very friendly. We liked "Fika" a Swedish tradition which means ...a break from activity during which people drink coffee, eat cakes or other light snacks, and relax with others. So the hotel offer 24 houraccess to coffee/ tea machine along with a small piece of cake in the afternoon/ evening. Breakfast was delicious.
