It was a very nice stay. The beds were good and it was quiet. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned but we loved it. We even had a bath. We came very late in the evening and the receptionist was very friendly. It is better to call the hotel directly than to book with Expedia. We didn’t have the breakfast. We went to a nice bakery.

Old and dirty hotel. No air conditioning but a fan doing nothing… the first room was dirty as noone has cleaned it since days… they transfer us in a new room little better but smelling old. To try if you want to experience a ‘70 ddr staying…

OK place for couple of nights. Quite outdated but still clean hotel close to train and tram stops. If your plan is just to have a place to sleep and take a shower (as I had), you can consider this one. Breakfast was quite modest, but if bread roll, eggs and coffee is enough for you, then its ok.

Es war ganz ok

Es wäre schöner gewesen wären die handtücher dageblieben sie wurden nach einer nacht entfernt und keine neuen hin getan wir wurden mit einem Getränk entschädigt was für Service stimmt aber auch diese bar da drin wird beworben leider ist sie schon lange geschlossen , der boden war nicht wirklich sauber von den duschbrausen ganz abgesehen man musste sie abschrauben das man wasser hat schein total verkalkt gewesen zu sein . Sonst der Ausblick war sagenhaft aber wenn man ein Raucherzimmer hat denkt man , man bekommt einen aschenbecher gestellt alles etwas dürftig

Nie wieder!

Dieses Hotel ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen sondern wenn man ehrlich ist eine reinste Zumutung … wir hatten sommerliche Temperaturen von knapp 26 grad Außentemperatur. Im Zimmer , welches uns an unsere Urgroßeltern erinnerte hatte weder eine Klimaanlage noch ein heiles Fenster welches man öffnen konnte…. Der bereit gestellte Ventilatior mit einer ca 7cm Staubschicht konnte auf Grund der zu wenig vorhandenen Steckdosen nur genutzt werden , wenn man kein Licht benötigt. Licht gab es nämlich nur über eine Stehlampe … Die Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer ganz zu schweigen, die Toilette von innen braun , Waschbecken und Badewannen Abfluss komplett verschimmelt und der Duschvorhang hatte auch einen fetten schwarzen Schimmelbalken… Wir haben das Zimmer bemängelt und bekamen 3 Schlüssel für andere Zimmer … wir haben dann um 23 Uhr uns für ein Zimmer mit einer uralten Klimaanlage - ( mobiles Gerät mit Schlauch) entschieden … wir (inkl. unserem 7 jährigen Sohn) waren nämlich nicht nur müde sondern auch klitschnass geschwitzt … Als wir dann im neuen Zimmer waren wollten wir uns alle abduschen - der Einstieg in die Badewanne ist für Personen ab 180cm sicher einfach - ich 173cm kam nur mit einer helfenden Hand über den hohen Badewannenrand. Die Nacht war sehr bescheiden - die laute Anlage und die miserablen Betten sorgten für sehr wenig Schlaf. Vom Frühstück möchte ich lieber nicht berichten - eine Reisegruppe von über 60 Personen ließen das Frühstück für uns sehr unangenehm ablaufen!

I would say the experience was poor or average. The receptionist didn’t even bother to come and collect the key from us at the reception when we were checking out. Every morning at breakfast, we noticed that the floor was never brushed—it was covered in crumbs and other bits. The staff member at the breakfast bar never asked if everything was okay, and we noticed there weren’t enough slices of cheese in the fridge display . Unfortunately, communication was definitely poor. The room cleaner was actually very good—better than the reception staff—and had much better communication skills. They also charge for parking if you want to use the hotel car park. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again if I need to stay in the same area.

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig praktisch (Steckdosen sind unter Schränken oder auf Bodenhöhe und schwer fürs Handy laden zu erreichen). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder Belüftung und daher im Sommer sehr heiss. Der Ventilator hat auch nicht viel gebracht und das Fenster konnte man aufgrund einer Party draußen nicht offen lassen. Die Gegend bei Nacht, wenn man vom Stadtzentrum läuft, ist nicht besonders einladend und wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und Bett waren sauber, aber im Bad begegneten uns zwei Kakerlaken, was unangenehm war. Bei Check-out haben wir das angemerkt und auch Bilder gezeigt, aber außer ein danke fürs Melden gab es nichts. Keine Entschuldigung oder zumindest einen Kaffee aufs Haus oder dergleichen. Ziemlich enttäuschend und das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Runter gekommenes Hotel , fühle mich nicht sicher als Frau. Sehr unsaubere Zimmer und das Bad viel zu dunkel . Wasser läuft nicht ab im Waschbecken. Tauben scheissen alles voll auf dem Balkon , kommen sogar ins Zimmer bei geöffneter Tür. Bilder sind wohl aus den letzten guten Tagen vor 10 Jahren. Nicht zu empfehlen !

Also ich bin sehr oft in Hotels aber so ein schreckliches Hotel habe ich in den ganzen Jahren nicht gesehen. In dem Badezimmer und im Bett waren Ameisen. Dann haben wir nachts ein anderes Zimmer bekommen was besser war aber kleine Spinnen sich befanden. Der Eingang des Hotels sieht angenehm aus. Wenn man auf die Etagen kommt zu den Zimmer. Ist es wie ein Ghetto-Wohnhaus. Je nach Zimmer, die Möbel sehr veraltet und verschmutzt. Man fühlt sich definitiv nicht wohl. Preis Leistungsverhältnis trifft absolut nicht zu. Würde dringend abraten.

Terrible.

Absolutely awful. Pictures were deceptivewhat looked nice online was actually a hell hole. The hotel was very run down. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, sink was clogged, service was rude, elevators felt creaky and scary. The entire experience was just terrible. Couldn't get out fast enough.

Horrible experience in this dirty hotel

We made a late reservation because we were on the road looking for a secure covered parking, and a 24 hour check-in. We did an online check-in before our arrival, and when we showed up at the front desk, the person was not even aware of the reservation. Then he looked at us saying that we needed to do a full check-in although we had completed all our information online and received a mail saying that we only had to pick up the key. He laughed at us, and was very rude to us. The covered parking was only 1.7 m high, so impossible to park our van for the night. When we finally got the key we found that the room was very warm with no AC. The fridge did not work. One fan was broken, and it smelled very badly like cigarette. There was no “do not disturb” sign provided in the room. Next morning, the manager entered in our room saying there was no do not disturb sign on the door, just to tell us to leave before the official checkout time. It was one of the worst experience of our life, although we both are very experienced travellers in many countries. This hotel should be closed.

vollste Katastrophe noch nie in so einem schlechten Hotel gewesen im Flur riecht es nach Zigaretten im Zimmer riecht es alt balkon und bad braucht man garnicht darüber reden sehr dreckig also da kein cent wert nicht empfehlenswert auf den bildern denkt man sehr schönes zimmer und dann bekommt man einen abgeranzten Zimmer

Die vielen negativen Berichte kann ich nicht teilen. Ordentliches Zimmer in Anbetracht des niedrigen Preises. Nettes Personal am Empfang. Das Frühstück war auch ordentlich. Parkplatz für zwei Tage 10 Euro ist sehr fair. Ich komme gerne wieder. JW aus Düsseldorf
