The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease.

This is a great family hotel that has a very good children’s club and entertainment. We went all inclusive and our children enjoyed going to the bar and ordering nice mocktails. This is one the best hotels I have experienced for catering for my wife who is gluten free. Sao who was the restaurant manager in particular was so lovely, helpful and really wanted my wife to enjoy her food. She took great care of her dining requirements and we were very grateful as it made our stay very comfortable. The chef also kindly came out to discuss my wife’s requirements. We would recommend this hotel.

What a gem of a place. We wish we discovered this spot earlier in our trip. Big, clean , spacious apartments . The staff are SO lovely and helpful they make everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this spot. Oh and the nearby beaches… out of this world! We hope to return one day.

A beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff (Soraya and Roberta were especially fantastic!) The hotel itself is so lovely and chic. The dining options are fantastic, always lots of delicious variety of food even for pickier eaters. An absolutely majestic beach is within walking distance that needs to be seen to be believed. The property was larger than we expected however staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen could have done with a cloth and vegetable peeler. The pools were nice however towels were being kept on beds all day with little sign of the guests, which was frustrating. Food options were good with allergies being looked after. The property was only 1/2 hr from the airport. WiFi access was very inconsistent.

Bella posizione, ottima come base per muoversi. Le parti comuni della struttura sono molto belle, le piscine un po’ datate. L’hotel è adatto per le famiglie ma non per le coppie che vogliono stare tranquille. Purtroppo la nostra camera sulla strada era molto rumorosa e non abbiamo mai riposato bene. Non sono riusciti a cambiarla.
