This hotel was a huge disappointment. Not at all worth the stars. It was worn out, dirry, damp, and extremely bad smelling. I would not recomend it to anyone. Only positive was the small compensation we got the last day, and the people working there trying to do their best. But we would have prefered a normal hotel and not a left-over from 1980-s.

Hotel is old, but very well maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom is large, a bit old, but clean. Nice lobby and they have a restaurant, cafeteria and even a 7-11 in the lobby. The spa and Japanese hot springs that you see in the photos, are actually a 100 meters, next door, it is not in the hotel premises. However, it is a 2-3 minutes walk and it is very nice, and free for hotel guests. It is a huge complex, with restaurants, bar, gaming area, nice huge bath and more.

The onsen is quite nice and I would stay here again because of this and the shuttles that take you to and from the airport as well as the huge mall nearby. The shuttles leave promptly at the time that is indicated in the schedule which can be found online. The service was also very very helpful. The quality of stay we received for the price we paid is incredible. The 7/11 inside the hotel was convenient and paying for the breakfast buffet was well worth it in my opinion.

We like this hotel although we only stay for one night. It closer to the airport and they serve really good breakfast. The bus comes and pick you up in front of the hotel to go to the training station. This hotel also provide shuttle services to the airport but it come every 2 hours. Kind of a long wait.
