The area around the property is in the early stages of getting started and in a few years will have more options. Currently now near the hotel there is a Waffle House restaurant like IHOP that closes at 2pm daily and a Sushi restaurant. You can order food at the Hilton too that is another option. Best time to walk around or get on a bus in in the day time. A But you can use what is there currently. For instance if you want get around town, you can use the bus which can range from 10 pesos ($0.50 USD ) per person on one line that picks up people on the freeway a short walk from the hotel near the front of Splash Water Hotel . Another bus line charges 18 pesos (About $1.00 USD ) Just ask and also let the driver know if they go near where you want to go they will say yes or no. There are also van type vehicles that are called Combies and they charge about 20 pesos ( About $1.00) .
