We had a good stay in Hotel Nelva which is a bit further out from the historic old town. The garage is easy to use comparing to other city hotels in Spain. The room was clean and service was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay. Further from the shops and restaurants than we expected but enjoyed the walking nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is more suited for business travellers than holiday. Breakfast and dining experiences were very good. Gym is small but functional. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, good wifi, walkable to old town and points of interests. You have to pay €15 for parking every day. It is in a busy area but they have great sound barriers between the walls and the windows are also blocking the noise of the road. The room needs a bit of tlc you can tell it on the furniture and walls. Otherwise everything was great 😊

Well, the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. The check-in staff were absolutely brilliant. I had issues with a couple of things they were sorting out straightaway with a friendly helpful approach to customer service. Breakfast was good with excellent choices, and the room was spotlessly clean. It’s rated very highly on various travel sites and I would definitely give it nine out of 10 not 10 out of 10.
