Naj Casa was a great choice for my stay on the island. The property is extremely clean, well kept, and the rooms are impeccables. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating. The open air morning breakfast on the hotel roof top is a convenient way to start your day. The area restaurants, small retail stores, grocery markets, convenience stores, street vendors, beach clubs, etc, are all within walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is very clean, beautiful & modern. I stayed 3 nights. The breakfast included was a great value, and with options! My room was spacious, facing the pool and courtyard. It had a small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker & panini iron. The pool is pretty but small, I didn't get to use it in the daytime much as there were families in it all day. It was nice to go in for a dip after dark, float and look up the stars. I loved my patio with comfortable chair hammock.

Great small hotel. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was delicious! Bathrooms could be cleaner. But overall this is a great place to stay on Holbox. Convenient to everything. You can walk all over.

Very small hotel. Beautiful and well kept. Service is good and staff there are very kind. We could hear dogs barking in the street even late at night, but i thing its like that on the island everyweehre. Totally recommend this cute little hotel. Close to everything. 3min away from beach and the main street with restaurants and lounges.

Nearby streets full of garbage and completely flooded. Not even local ATV “taxis” dared to pass through. The hotel was very nice and clean, it’s such a pitty that the entire town is littered with garbage. I believe hotel owners and restaurants should take action over this, as it’s a terrible experience for visitors to sort your way through trash and mud-water

Excellent Boutique hotel near the heart of Holbox

An amazing boutique hotel near the center of Holbox. The room was very clean and large with a small kitchen--which included a kitchen sink, fridge, and microwave. The pool was equally clean and had many chaise lounges available. The staff was super friendly and helpful. the main streets of Holbox we're within walking distance. We rented bikes though at the hotel and was able to go everywhere in the island easily. One work of warning:. Take the mud puddles seriously. They are more like quick sand. Avoid them!

Our stay at Casa Naj was incredible and actually above our expectations! Location - we loved that it was so close to the town, less than 10 minutes walking. But that it was not directly in the town, as it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Staff - they were so kind and helpful! Giving us recommendations and helping to schedule taxis and rides. Our flight was delayed, and we were chatting with the hotel on WhatsApp throughout our delays and they were helping us with transport. We are so thankful for this. Amenities - the hotel has everything you need. Was great to have a beach towel service to not need to pack a towel, but have a fresh one for the beach every day. Breakfast - the daily breakfast was quick and convinrent and very filling. The waiter staff up on the rooftop at breakfast was so nice too. Pool area - nice pool! Clean area, perfect for relaxing after a beach day in the day beds. We hope to be back to Naj one day! Hope to be back again one day!

Good hotel not the best service

Naj Casa Hotel is a ok hotel. It is clean and it has all the necessities. However, the service is very poor. They dont really respond you when you text them. Also, one of the staff members (guy working in the morning), was very rude. I was almost afraid of asking him anything because he would never help me. He wouldnt even let me switch my beach towel until every 3. day depsite that it has been raining non stop. Basically he wouldnt help with anything even when I lost my credit card and tried to charge me extra for the hotelroom key. However, the two other staff members working there were really nice and helpfull. Also the cleaning service was super + also very nice! + the people working in the breakfast restaurant was also very.

Beautiful hotel , Lovely staff

We stayed at hotel Naj in room 19, on the second floor, street facing for 5 days in July of 2022. The room was spacious and extraordinarily clean. There is a mini fridge, sink and very basic kitchen ware available. Bed was extremely comfortable. Our king bed had 2 pillows and a top sheet only. Daily cleaning service was provided. Our cleaning lady was Violeta and she was amazing. Definitely a highlight of my stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They arrive around 7-730 am each morning and leave about 1030ish. Happily called taxis gave restaurant suggestions and greeted up kindly as we came and went. The only drawbacks of this beautiful establishment were the location and small water heater . The location is near the ferry and a short walk to the center down a quiet street.! We, however, ended up down the beach for most of the time on the island. This was a 45 minute walk or a 5-6 minute taxi ride on some really bumpy streets. As for the water situation, the pressure was excellent but only gives you about 5 minutes of hot water. Definitely sufficient for 1 person but anyone after will be taking a cold shower . After a day spent in the heat that really wasn’t a problem for us but, definitely something to consider if you into warm showers. Overall a great stay.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie was perfect: op wandelafstand van het centrum, maar toch heerlijk rustig gelegen, waardoor we echt konden ontspannen. De kamer was zeer proper en goed onderhouden, wat meteen een fijne indruk gaf. Ook het ontbijt was een absoluut pluspunt – elke ochtend vers en heerlijk. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie Holbox wil verkennen in alle comfort en rust.

I had a fantastic 6 night stay at Naj Casa! I’m so glad I decided to go with this hotel. It was perfectly walkable to the beach, to the main centre, and to the ferry. The room was spacious and clean, it was simple but had everything I needed. The balcony, kitchenette and smart tv were a welcome addition. The best part for me was the pool. It was nice alternating beach days for pool days. The loungers were super comfortable and they got great sun all day. Having the pool bar right there was handy as well! Would definitely return.
