10/10 Exceptional

It is near restaurants and the maquoiketa caves park.
Brian, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Not even worth the money savings.

Window leaked water all over the floor when it rained, zero breakfast, staff was non existent, zero parking.
1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Broken cars in the parking lot should have told us to stay away. Old, broken and dirty, everything on the property. Room was dirty, TV did not work, bed was awful and the bathroom was a joke.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel experience

Rooms were dirty and not well maintained at all. Stuff in fridge from previous guests, toilet seat was broke in half. No breakfast asked for more to be brought out and girl fixed her plate instead!
Tasha, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Garbage everywhere. Looks like remodeling.
Allan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We have stayed here several times and the staff is always friendly.
Cindy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible place

Booked on hotels.com and when i got there they said they didnt have our reservation, so we didnt have a place to stay. The place reeked of smoke as we entered. I rang the service bell multiple times over 5 plus minutes without any service. Was offered a room that had a broken shower as an option.

Won’t be returning

Common areas of hotel was hot. Check in was 3pm at 5pm had to check to see if room was clean. Blood stains on sheets, TV wasn’t working. Took them over hour to look at. Refrigerator/freezer was iced over, poor lighting in room. Door @ back of building was suppose to be secure, we returned at 11:15pm, door was still propped open.
Kris, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was ok. The locks on going into the building were not functioning. There was thermostat, which I assume was old hanging off of the wall, and there was a dirty washcloth left on the hanging bar by the sink. The room was not fancy but decent enough to sleep.
Lena, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The rates for the rooms are reasonable.

6/10 Good

Early check in

The young lady did allow me to check in an hour early
Gerald, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was nice. The coffee and breakfast was cold in the morning.

Not the worst got what we paid for

A 3/4 full bottle of water was left on the desk and a towel hung behind the bathroom door. Otherwise the room was clean and in good shape. WiFi although offered was unusable and low cellular signal from Verizon. Breakfast was passable first morn at 9 am no eggs and 3 sausage links along with cereal, milk, juice and breaks was available. Door close loudly other guests leaving around 6 am both mornings would wake us with the doors slamming closed. I would stay again overall. I do keep low standards for hotels as I pay As little as I can when staying in one.
Shaun, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great people who ran the place would stay again if in the area
Cole, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This is a reasonably priced place. Bare bones, no extras, breakfast is skimpy. Sometimes we check if all lights are working inside. But we like the price and location so use it frequently.
maria, 2-night trip

Ok for the price

Ok for cost
Jerek, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The first room they put us in (which they put us in the wrong room and argued about it)
Matthew, 1-night trip

Dirty sheets

Dirty stained sheets and pillow cases.
Shaun, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Not worth the stay

The hotel was in the middle of updating flooring. My room had new wood laminate flooring. But the bed was horrible and pillows flat. Sheets were discolored. I would say dry mopping the new floor does not constitute clean. There were dirt stains on the floor. The giant cobweb in the bathroom makes me thinks no one looks up beyond the tub. Shower curtian was disgustingly orange. Refrigerator was not clean. Dead bugs inside. Exterior security doors were non functioning. Be aware of pet fees and there is no housekeeping, you have to ask for it. Would stay here again if it was last motel on the planet.
Teresa, 4-night trip

Sharon, 2-night trip
