Lovely hotel to stay at in Cardiff Bay.

Nice hotel, 30minutes walk to Principality stadium, Breakfast was very nice, although very busy so we had to queue for 5 minutes why we waited for tables to be vacated but the staff worked tirelessly to avoid any long waits. Front desk very nice also. Had a king suite which was lovely the bed was massive. Overall very nice and would stay there again.

Excellent check in, although very busy they were quick & effficient. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very well maintained. Staff are incredibly helpful & very polite. Restaurant is excellent as well. Only hiccup was getting stuck in the lift due to a technical issue. This was however dealt with quickly & efficiently by the in house team & reception staff.

Great place to stay easy access to city centre and car parks. Short walk to the bay with a huge range of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Spacious room and comfy beds. Apart from to sleep and shower no time spent at the hotel.

Lovely hotel, well appointed and a nice room However, had to queue to check in, and again at breakfast. Bed is quite hard and the shower pressure is terrible (on sixth floor). Staff lovely, friendly, helpful. Plenty of parking. Lovely bar area and the breakfast was good.

From the excellent welcome by the reception staff to the bar, restaurant and room staff it was faultless. The breakfast was of good quality and hot. The only comment would be that the shower did not drain quickly enough and I have liked to have been able to cast films from my iPad to the tv.

OASIS family long-weekend stay

Great place to rest our heads and location to city centre.... £8 taxi..... for the OASIS weekend. Had a twin room with 2 good sized and comfy queen-sized beds for 2 adults and an U10 + teenager. Good selection of pillows which was nice for a change. Downside was the cost mark up because of OASIS.. .. but was as per all hotels, travel lodges/inns etc. Lots of pillows

A great stay

Stayed one night as going to the Principality Stadium for a concert. Great to be just out of the centre of town but within easy walking distance. Staff friendly and attentive. Room lovely. Appreciated the complimentary fizz and most definitely the air conditioning. Great selection of breakfast items. I don’t think any other. choices could be added. Parking great. Hotel easy to get to. Would certainly go again.
