This was our first time staying at the Mantra Mackay and hopefully it will not be our last. Normally we stay in town near the highway but this time we tried the marina precinct and were very happy with our choice of the Mantra. The staff were friendly and the room was excellent. The bars and restaurants along the waterfront were great. We are looking forward to another visit before too much longer, and hopefully for more than just one night on the way through.

I loved my trip to Mackay and mostly because of the mantra. The food was amazing, do get the breakfast add on. It is worth it ! The hotel itself is stunning!
