I had several issues during my stay. Upon arrival, there was a problem with my card at check-in, which took some time to sort out. The side entrance door locks didn’t work properly, and the WiFi connection was unreliable—likely due to the hotel being in a low-coverage area.
The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help, but the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom felt dingy, with a dirty tub cover and an old mat that looked unsanitary. The couch in the room was also worn and stained. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the space.
The hotel’s dining options were minimal and not very appealing. To top it off, a blue light in the room flashed every 20 seconds, making it hard to sleep.
Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant stay.
