No one was there to check in for awhile until someone came back in a car and checked me in. He said that if I leave the room I had to come to the front desk everytime I need to reenter the room. No one was there to check me out and the room was just overall dirty like it wasn’t cleaned.

Horrible experience, trying to get in the room and drug addicts approached us asking for money and drugs, building is not secured very dirty building and room, rat traps at the entrance and building is right next to a strip club. Do not recommend staying here.

We stayed for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned or serviced. I had to go ask for everything when we got back to our room.Each night. Was told on the last night that we had to ask to have it serviced, wish we would at new and that when we checked in.

Worst Hotel EVER!!!

Our check in process took forever, the room was damp and not real clean, the lamp was broken, and there wasn't an outlet to plug in a charger. The continental breakfast was a joke. There were waffles and toast with no butter or syrup and coffee was only in the lobby with none in the breakfast room. After this I will be steering clear of all Baymont!

Avoid like the plague until new management

Disrepair everywhere, no towels, missing bottom sheets, breakfast was nearly non existent. Our AC worked, but many did not we learned. Outdoor pool not in service and looked toxic. Staff was the shining light. They handled their ill equipped situation with grace and calmness. The check in clerk is a gem they’ll not keep long is my guess.

Tv didn’t work, front desk wouldn’t answer, room wasn’t refreshed after the 1st night so no clean towels, room was ok and looked like pictures on the app but the rest of hotel DID NOT. We were put in the building behind the main building which felt very strange.

We had a reservation. We got the key and went to the room. No towels. We went to the desk where we were told they were fully booked and had maybe sent someone to buy more. We said to cancel our reservation and NOT charge a cancellation fee. Windham should be ashamed to have theirname on this property.

Nightmare

Terrible experience, not only was i at the front desk the whole time with concerns multiple guests were and then we starting chatting... i couldnt get into my room so staff tried breaking in with a large knife!! It was awful, and if we could find another hotel at the last minute we would of gone. But they were all full. Dont stay here it needs to be condemned

Worst hotel ever

This is the worst, unclean and terrible hotel my family and I have ever been too. My kids are literally traumatized by this experience. Whenever we drive passed a Baymont my 9 year old will tell me he never ever want to go to any other Baymont in general. This place is very dirty, terrible customer service, filthy and stink, spider web every where, faucet broken do there was no way to take a shower, dirty beddings etc.

The air conditioning fan was noisy, they ran out of food, the coffee was only available in thin plastic cups, the sausage was extremely greasy without any knives provided. The bath towel was about 30 inches and never replaced during the 4 days I stayed there.

It was the most disgusting hotel you’ve ever seen. I wanted to complain, but the lady at the lobby had two teeth and five men in there with her the whole time and I was there with my two daughters and their friends.The bathroom was filthy. There was cigarette burns and blood on the comforters. But it was the Iowa State fair. There was absolutely nowhere else to say. There was random men in the lobby with their check out people at all hours no way I was going down there to complain

Room was not ready when we arrived 1 hour after check in. Could not get a receipt because the room we were assigned to the previous guest left with out paying. We had to pay cash because their internet was done. Do to weather the tv reception went out. Will not ever stay there again.

Hotel was not as great as advertised. No elevators and Wi-fi was down for entire stay. Incredibly short staffed but those who worked were very pleasant. Just not what we were looking for with bringing our children. Adult entertainment nearby that is nowhere in pictures and attracts an interesting crowd. Trash was not changed, rooms were not attended to. Had to contact staff via their own cell phones to get help.
