Four Points by Sheraton was a 5* hotel for us in terms of cleanliness, customer service, room service, politeness of staff, hotel food (Breakfast and Terrace Restaurant). We booked the hotel last minute and the staff were happy to accommodate. The service from the Spa was exceptional, We managed to book in two massages for a good price, Thanks to the Spa team at the desk. In addition, the hotel was quiet and pleasant to stay in, easy location to get to shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel staff were supportive in booking taxi's to where we needed to go as well as arranging airport taxi on our last day. We look forward to staying in this hotel again!

I stayed in many hotels in europe, middle east and usa but this was my worst experience. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, they told me that because the hotel is new.. but it makes no sense cause they should have topper to put on the matress. I had to go down 2 times to the restaurant because the first time the reception wasn’t answering i tried to call from 10:00 till 10:30 but no answers so i had to go down to order. And the 2nd time i wanted to order hot drink like camomile and he told me that it’s not on the menu, so i had to go down a 2nd time to talk with the restaurant and they gave me what i want ! It’s bad that we cannot be connected to the restaurant directly. Last but not least, they called me the day before my check out to ask me what time i will leave ! That was really rude. For a well known hotel, i didn’t except all of these, less than average.

Hello, room was so smelly, it’s was DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING Shower is broke, and towels not all cleaned, I mean housekeeping didn’t check well and didn’t even change all towels Bed sheets are SMELLS DISGUSTING it’s impossible to sleep for this reason I checked out a day earlier, because it was impossible to stay Only stuff is friendly and helpful
