Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre. You need to queue long for any request at reception (such as a room card not working) as there are only 2 counters and the check in process is inefficient. Set up a separate desk for the ipad check in or allow online self check in to speed this up! Room and location are really nice. Very well connected to shops and public transport and it feels like a safe and clean area. No need to pay for expensive breakfast as a bakery is next door.
