Parking garage was very spacious and the area had very little traffic but was convenient enough to travel to the messe for work. Only thing that I wish was there was laundry service as I was on week 3 of business travel.

Dirty towel and broken parking-machine

Great breakfast and nice room. Unfortunately we got a dirty towel, but after some waiting at the reception we got a new. Only one receptionist at work, so we had to wait to check in, to get a new towel and to pay for parking. The last because the parking-machines in the basement weren’t working. Would visit again.

Nice hotel about 1 mile outside of the city center. Tram 21 conveniently located about a 4 minute walk away which gets you into the city in about 15 minutes. This also means you can easily take the S-bahn thereafter to and from München airport. The hotel is clean and modern and quite comfortable. Staff was always quite friendly and helpful. It was our second stay in a two week period, and we’ll definitely stay again when we visit München again in the near future.

This place was amazing overall. My only complaint is the air conditioner did not cool the room and it was very hot in Munich during our stay. Leaving the windows open left it very bright in the room and people were outside chatting into late hours of the evening.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful I really enjoyed my first time staying in Scandic it was a brilliant experience my only issue I had wasn’t the hotel’s fault unfortunately I had someone try to approach to me who was racist. And that ruins my experience in the evening but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Stay was good. Room was clean and new, but small. Lacking workspace. Checkin was slow but friendly. Breakfast ok but didn’t find juice bar until day two. Check out was fast but all longe areas were closed so also there no space for work.

Atendimento e ar condicionado

A estadia foi ok, o problema foi no atendimento que o atendente falava muito rápido e para não falantes de alemão e inglês foi bem difícil entender. Já o ar condicionado não existe, mesmo que no anúncio diz que tem. Existe um termostato que tenta diminuir até 3 graus, mas não funciona. O hotel é bonito, mas em questão de a comodidade, ainda mais no verão, deixa muito a desejar.

Cold rooms in summer

I wasn't pleasantly surprised that you cannot adjust the room temperature according to your own wishes. When I told the reception about my room being freezing with 20 degrees when the AC was on, I was told that someone would come and check it out but no one came during my visit. I had to turn out the AC and it was still only 21.6 which wasn't that nice considering that the weather outside also happened to be rainy and cold. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
