Our recent stay at the Adina hotel was disappointing. The property is outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. Our room's TV was from the 90s with no option for streaming, and the key card system was frustratingly unreliable, often failing to work in the elevator or on our room door. The service was also lacking, with cleaning only scheduled every three days, which led to overflowing trash. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the old laundry machines didn't clean clothes properly. Until a major renovation happens, I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are in need of refurbishing especially the bathroom as all the cabinets are suffering from water damage and also the hot water in the shower took minimum of 5 minutes for some hot water to come out but in saying that the location was absolutely brilliant for a concert at the Perth convention centre literally 30second walk across the car park

I had a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect for walking and bus travel. The hotel staff were very kind. I would like to stay here again when I go to Perth.
